The room (single king bed) was clean and large enough and had several seating options. Comfy arm chair. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but included the same items two days in a row. We would stay there again
This hotel is beautiful! I got a room with a King bed. My room is really clean & There's lots of space. The bed, couch & chairs are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean & There's lots of space to put your stuff. The shower is big & really nice & clean. There's a nice fridge & microwave & space to put snacks. The staff is really friendly & my check in was quick & easy. This hotel has free breakfast & It's great! The breakfast area is really clean & the seating is really nice. There are two fire pits in the side of the hotel & There's comfortable chairs lined up around them so you can relax around the fire! Best Western Hammondsport is beautiful, clean & a great place to stay!
Excellent hotel! Clean, stylish, comfy bed, and nicest breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. The staff was exceptional especially at the breakfast bar. Good location just down the street from a beautiful park on a lake. Will definitely stay here again when I visit The Farm Sanctuary!
I have ever met and extremely accommodating. Offered complementary breakfast but unfortunately my boyfriend and I didn’t wake up in time since we had a long travel the night before and we were both exhausted. The breakfast area did look very nice though. If we come back I would definitely stay here again. Loved the firepits outside, beautiful touch!
Clean and attractive building, public areas and room. Was given a free room upgrade! New, modern room decor. Very comfortable. Free breakfast with more than toast and fruit! Free hot beverages always available. Staff always greeted me first and offered assistance. They were kind about giving directions. Really, one of the best stays I have had anywhere.
